You may return eligible items within 21 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. -

Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

The product must be in its original, unused condition.

Include all original packaging, IGI certificates, tags, and accessories.

The item must be shipped back in its original packaging to ensure protection during transit.
Return Process

Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team at support@hanasutara.com or via the website’s Contact Form within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return. -
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24–48 hours. -
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the RMA email.
Please use a trackable and insured courier service for your safety. -
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your item (typically within 3–5 business days), we’ll:-
Issue a refund to your original payment method, or

Refunds exclude original shipping fees.
