3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Locations: We ship within India, with priority service in Ahmedabad.

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days within Ahmedabad; 5–10 business days elsewhere.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery to the courier.

  • Local Compliance: You must ensure compliance with local laws for receipt of goods.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, subject to:

    • Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, certificates, and tags.

    • Custom or engraved items are not returnable/exchangeable.

    • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days post-inspection.

    • Exchanges depend on product availability and price adjustment.

  • Return Shipping: Customers pay return shipping, except for defective or incorrect items (where we provide a prepaid label).

  • Local Returns: Returns from Ahmedabad can be coordinated locally for faster processing.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • All lab-grown diamonds come with IGI certification guaranteeing authenticity and ethical sourcing.

  • We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
